Maggi Chicken Burger


  • maggi pack 1 nos
  • Chicken mince 1/4 cups
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • egg 1 nos
  • Lettuce leaves 4 piece
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Vegitable oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt as needed 1 tsp


Cook maggi as per instruction without flavor pack. Drain water and let it cool.

Beat one egg and mix cooked maggi with the flavor pack.

Divide it into two portion and shape each portion like burger bun. In a separate plastic wrap, wrapped it up and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile in a bowl add chicken mince ,salt and pepper and mux nicely. With help of your hand shape chicken mixture into burger patty.

Heat oil in a frying pan fry patty in low flame until nicely cooked. Take out and keep aside.

Slowly remove plastic wrap and fry two maggi bun slowly. When one side is cooked flip it up carefully not to break the bun shape.

For arranging burger first place one maggi bun,over maggi bun place lettuce leaves.cheddar cheese. Place chicken patty on it. Then add tomato ketchup and place another maggi bun.

Press slightly to set the burger.

Put some extra Cheddar cheese on top. Maggi chicken burger is ready to serve.
